This page lists the existing promotion codes and the account they are assigned to (if any). A promotion code is required to create a new account. (Only one account is allowed for the single-tenant virtual appliance version of the Mobile Dashboard.) Click on to create a new promotion code for a new account.
Removing a promotion cancels the promotion and makes it unavailable for use. Removing a promotion that has already been used to create an account has no effect on the account itself.
You can also edit the properties of a promotion if the promotion has not yet been assigned to an account. Once an account is established for a promotion, you can still edit the properties of the account, by using a different page. As a system administrator, click on Manage Accounts and then click on Review Plan next to the account you want to edit. As an account administrator you can request changes to the account plan (from inside the Agenda Environment) by starting a new activity, clicking on [My] Account, and then clicking on Review or change account plan. You will then see the links to request account plan changes.
